Below are forms that will help you navigate and identify any fees you may need to pay SHS for your student this coming school year.   

We encourage you to pay for your fees online at SchoolCash Online.   All course fees will be assigned to students in schoolcashonline.  Fees are due by end of August. 

Any PSAT, AP Exam or Dual Enrollment fees are due at various times and are published each year.

If a form is not listed under a file, we may be currently updating forms for the current school year.  Please check back.

SCHOOL FEES ONLINE PAYMENTS: WCPS is using a new payment portal for school fees called School Cash Online! (Meal plans will remain on myschoolbucks.com)  Please visit: https://wcps.schoolcashonline.com.    SHS will also still accept payments through myschoolbucks.com.  NOTE:  All online payments will incur a transaction fee.

School Cash Online (SCO) "assigns" fees to students based on requirement, need or class enrolled. Once registered and students are added to your account, will see your student(s) and their school/ fees assigned to them.  **All fees in schoolcash online show the transaction fee added in.


In Person Payments: Cash, Checks & Card.  Cash should be exact change, Checks should be payable to SHS.
